Hello Ferdinand,

unless i agree that may be confusing for users, it's too late to change
the system and all the account localizations module. I remind you that
we changed this in v5 because the accounting community asked us to do
so, in order to have flexible account types (defined per country,
because none could propose a suitable set for all country).
