[Bug 568895] Re: Invoicing from packing a sale order containing products and services
Hello TeMPO,
well indeed the behaviour you're depicted will occur but according to
me, in the current situation, there isn't any other choice.
I think that the ones that want to invoice the services more accurately
should install the module project_mrp and invoice based on timesheet
entr, or you can also set you invoicing policy as manual and invoice
line by line, using the menu Sales\Invoicing\Lines to Invoice. Both
seems a better solution.
Anyway, thanks for your contribution

Invoicing from packing a sale order containing products and services

Bug description:
5.0.9
I make a Sale Order with one line containing a product (make to Stock) and one line
containing a service (make to order)
The sale order is supposed to be invoiced on packing.
A stock move is created containing only the product (which is fine) but when you make
the invoice it will contain both the product and the service.
If you have plenty of products and services in the SO, invoicing just one product will
invoice all services
This bug may be related to 495072 (which is marked as slow priority)
For me this is HIGH priority : you cannot invoice services on packing but rather
manually or using the timesheets
