  in job position, the employee notebook use a O2M to employee form instead of m2m

Bug description:
  in job position (from Human Resources/Recruitment/Job Positions in hr_recruitment), in the "Employees" notebook, there is a widget = o2m to employees object but it should be a m2m to employees list.
