  Sale Order Form : Little but important Usability Improvements.

Bug description:
  As a part of little usability improvement, please correct the following altogether:

A. For the sake of consistency on Labels
    1. Delivery method --> Delivery Method.
    2. Source document --> Source Document.

B. Tooltips do not follow a standard(not all the helps end with fullstop).

C. Tooltip of 'Shipping Policy' does not match with the options provided in the selection.

D. Tooltip of 'Delivered' ends with an exclamatory sign! A little correction over it : schedule --> scheduler(s)

E. History Tab.
    1. 'Related Invoices' --> Invoices (Each invoices listed here is always a related one undoubtedly).
    2. Picking is not a cousin of SO :) <separator colspan="4" string="Packings"/> could have been a better choice instead of no separator.

F. Tooltip of Pricelist depicts that its a 'Pricelist version',not a 'pricelist' !

G. Preferably, all the text,tooltip,warning/error messages must always follow the 'sales' instead of 'sale' as done in http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp/openobject-addons/trunk/revision/3164.101.22.
