Hello Aline,

Passport field on Employee object is text field only but when you
install hr_payroll module they have created passport object
(hr.passport) so it become m2o.

And i have rename the field in to Passport No.

Bug description:
  Passport field, in hr 

    In employee form view (from Human Resources/Human Resources/Employees), 

     -passport field should be a simple text field (no widget =m2o)
     -rename this field into "Passport No"

    In contract (from Human Resources/Human Resources/Contracts)

    -passport field should be a simple text field (no widget =m2o)
    -below this field, in Passport Section" add a date field 'Expiration Date"
    -And Rename passport into "Passport N°
