  In pos, output operation, title is in French in an english data base

Bug description:
  in point of sale, output operation (from Point Of Sale/Daily Operations/Output Operations) , the wizard has a French title (in window bar)(Sortie de Caisse) while database is setup in English, rename into  "Output Operation"
