Hello,

When we have a long description for any part of ERP. Let us take the
example of work centers in mrp module. The "note"  field is a text field
and it comes under the "Description" separator. When we have a long
description for this and if we are making it as read only for not
allowing any user to change the content. In that situation we have to
allow the scrolling facility for read only text field.

  Read only text field do not allow to use scrollbar

Status in OpenObject GTK Client:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When Text field happens to be read only, it does not allow to use scroll bar - it is being shown, still is fixed. The problem exists on both - Linux and Windows setups. Whereas for OpenERP GTK client for version 5.x (OpenERP - GTK Client - v5.0.12) it works as expected, so it is a regression.
