I have applied your patch in Addons3 branch and it works fine for us.
And Addons3 branch will be merge soon with Trunk Addons.

  1.Problem with the selection of  a 'general account journal view' .  
2. Problem with the creation of an account.move with account.move.line from the interface. The process is blocced by
the write method of account.journal
