in segments form view, there is a field named "filter", it is a many to
one on filter. to reproduce :

go to Lead, create a filter and save it. go to segment form view, try to
find the filter you have just saved, you can"t.

  remove the domain on the filter field in segment

Bug description:
  In segment form view (from Marketing/Campaigns/Segments), the domain on the filter field doesn't work. Remove it in order to be able to choose a filter.
