new library is used in Server\addons\base\ir\ir_config_parameter.py", line 26, but not in the list of library to collect for windows installer.

just modify in server\setup.py line 177 :
-"imaplib", "smtplib", "email", "yaml", "DAV"
+"imaplib", "smtplib", "email", "yaml", "DAV", "uuid"
