Bug on loading of translations should be fixed now, but that label is
not exported into the POT file (and thus not translated in the PO
files), so it still won't be translated.

On the other hand, e.g. the form buttons (Create, Delete, Duplicate)
should now (or soon-ish) work.

Not sure whether you want to close this bug or not though.

Bug description:
  In web client, translation search in openobject/locales directory but transaction file is in addons/openerp/locale directory.

Look in sales order, search view

Search: Sales Orders

in french 

Search: Commandes de Ventes

Search not translate to "Recherche"

I think , all translation bug are a IMPORTANT bug, because not all user can read english.
