This error may be produce due to the old created database and did not update properly with latest code.
The related object is defined in web_livechat module which is added recently in our code.

Would you please check again with latest updated code.
So for now I am closing this bug, you can reopen this If you will facing this again.

  ProgrammingError: relation "publisher_warranty_contract" does not exist

Status in OpenObject Server:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When accessing the menu "Users", the error below is generated in the log-file, but the UI doesn't show anything.
It seems like a regression-bug as I was doing fine few days ago (can't remember exactly what version was ok).
