I have tested your scenario. But it is working fine. Analytic account
always display with it's parent. So it is not a bug.

  [V6] Analytic Accounts -> all analytic entries filter doesn't work

Status in OpenObject Addons Modules:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Create analytic account with parent account 

Create analytic lines on it (eg sales or purchase order)

Goto the analytic (child) account - press all analytic entries.

Openerp puts in the analytic account the whole path for filtering. (eg 'analytic / stockmovement') instead of 'stockmovement').

So you have to do manual the filtering every time.
