Bug description:
  Openerp 6.0 RC1
Steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Create a new database
2. Start configuration
3. Enter company information
4. Select Indian chart of account and enter fiscal year from 04/01/2010 to 03/31/2011
5. On clicking next we get following error
