That's more or less the correct answer. An image cannot be converted to
text.

I'd add, however, a small "but": We can improve the parsers to read EXIF 
metadata and hopefully retrieve the "title" or "name" of images that have been 
correctly tagged. In the old days, I wouldn't expect more than 5% of the 
images to have any tags at all, but nowadays this ratio is increasing (people 
do bother to put a comment/tag on their photos).

Bug description:
  Install module document

* add a document of type png (for example)
* see in the "Indexed content" tab of this document

=> the image is not dispayed, only a text "image"
