it's working with

[options]
ftp_server_host =  0.0.0.0
ftp_server_port = 8021

in .openerp_serverrc

I agree it's not the more user friendly way to configure it.
We'll improve this in the next version

Bug description:
  whatever I enter - server resons only on "localhost"

I even tried to modify ftp_configuration.py and entered my ip number there ...
