Hello,

This is not a generalized issue. Because the currency rate will change
through out day and related company will decide that the rate should be
same through out day or it may be variable. So i am closing this bug.
Hope you will agree with this.

  currency rate date is not unique

Status in OpenObject Addons Modules:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When defining a new currency exchange rate the system should check that the date is unique
Currently you can have two exchange rates at the same date
