I retested on OpenERP 6 RC1 on Windows (last known Windows package) and
I cannot reproduce this bug. It correctly considers the timezone in the
user preferences.

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  This appears in 5.0.7 and wasn't in 5.0.6

When I create a new entry of the current timesheet, the default hour is GMT-0 even tough I'm in GMT+1 and that it is specified in my user preferences (in OpenERP) and my regional settings (in Windows).
