Hello Pierre Burnier,

In OpenERP we are not allowing to add employee directly to department
object. If you want to add employee to department select that department
from employee form. Currently we are making this Members field as
readonly for any confusion to lp:~openerp-commiter/openobject-addons
/trunk-dev-addons3-psi2 branch.

Bug description:
  In the Human Ressources module, in the department managment you can only create an new employee in. You haven't the ADD possibilitie.
Same in GTK Client.
