[Bug 692251] Re: [trunk][stock] Scrap function doesn't lower the original quantity
Hello,
I don't really understand You. What cannot You implement? You have
already implemented a new feature for the upcoming version 6, but
haven't finished it. There is a new button on the internal move form
called "Scrap" which doesn't work as expected. It does half of the work
only.
In practice this new button copies the Internal Move record and replaces
the Destination Location to "Scrapped" in the new Internal move line.
But it doesn't subtract the scraped quantity from the original line.
If this button works as intended then I don't see the purpose of it. A
user could create a new Internal move record with a Destination Location
"Scraped" without this button easily.
So what is this button for then?

Title:
[trunk][stock] Scrap function doesn't lower the original quantity
Status in OpenObject Addons Modules:
Won't Fix
Bug description:
I could nowhere find an explanation about the "Scrap" button's function on the Internal move form but I suppose the procedure should lower the remaining quantity by the scraped quantity. Am I true?
It does create a new move line with "Scrapped" as Destination Location but doesn't touch the original move line.
