this works only for companies with fiscal year = calendar year
for all other companies neither "year" nor "year -1" calculated this way  make sense for reporting

for this reason I suggested already to create the following variables
* this year start / end
* last year: start / end
which should be made generally available and be used for comparison in analysis reports

this makes it easily possible to analyse a complete last year
