thank you very much Albert for answering. I'm using Koo.
I resolved the problem this morning. I opened the .koorc file in c:\Users\user and than i put the right value in:
[login]
url = (the URL of server)
db = (database name)

Status: New => Fix Released
** Changed in: openobject-client-kde
Status: Fix Released => Confirmed
** Changed in: openobject-client-kde
Status: Confirmed => Fix Released
