Title:
  the "interview" button doesn't work in applicant form view

Status in OpenObject Web Client:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  trunk web (chrome), 

In applicant form view (hr_recruitment), there is a button "interview" which is available only if you linked a survey to the job position. 

To test : 

- choose a job position or create one
- attach it a survey
- create an applicant for this job position 
- click "Interview"
