Could changing this for the error product.group_product_manager solve
this problem as well? there are 3 modules currently affected by a slight
variation of this problem.

Bug description:
  when installing the module an error occurs:
ValueError: No references to sale.group_sale_manager 

Changing sale.group_sale_manager to base.group_sale_manager solves the issue
