Title:
  Audit trail module does not creating an audit log for users.

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Make a new db with installation of basic modules and also install the "audittrail" module.

2. After creating the rule under the Administration/Reporting/Audit/Rules menu and save it. The demo data is for partner object.

3. So as an admin login i have clicked the Subscribe Button. and then log in as a demo user and perform the create/delete/update operation in partner object.

4. After this i have logged in again as an admin user but did not find any of logs related with the partner object in Audit Logs menu. Here i was supposed to get the log for demo user.
