Hello,

I have tested your scenario with recent 6.0 RC2 at my end. But all are
working fine. I created a new db install sale,purchase,mrp,warehouse and
then login with demo user and i able to see the all report which is
related to the user.

I have attached a screen-shot for your reference . So please check it.
If you still face same problem then you can reopen this.

Bug description:
  RC2
Permissions set on ir.actions.report.xml are ignored while permissions on ir.actions.act_window are working
As a result, only the user with id = 1 see the reports
