Title:
  Cannot Backup Database in OpenERP Ver6 RC2 on windows 2003 Server

Bug description:
  I have been beta Testing Ver6 since RC1 on win2003 server , and recently downloaded RC2. RC2 Installs well, allowing for changing database credentials. when it is fully installed, i tried to:

1) Backup the database and restore, and it cannot. i tried this again on windows 7 Ultimate with same results.
 2) restore the RC1 database onto RC2 and got many errors (i did not expect that to work anyway) there must be significant changes 
3) i have tried to do the backip from both the web client and the GTK client with the same result.

Result obtained every time is " Cant backup Database"
