Thank you for your suggestion! However this is unfortunately out of the
scope of the current OpenERP release, so we cannot implement it. We will
consider this for future road-maps.

Bug description:
  if - for some reasons (creating a new company)  the fiscal year does not start on the first day of a month but in the middle of a month the following periods do not start with the first day.
