The Wizards appear as a popup and into the middle of the screen.
If the target action is a separate form to be opened into a new window, it will be a new tab.

  Bug with analytic chart of accounts

Bug description:
  6.0 rc2

Go to accounting menu, Select Chart of Analytic Accounts
Answer by default all questions
You get the display of the Analtic account in the middle of the screen but you get on the right
panel the menu of Sales (ie the first tab) on the top of the screen
