[Bug 695999] Re: Some menu translations only available after manually synchronizing

For the last part about some menuitems only translated after manual
synchronization, I will mark this bug as duplicate of bug 696760, which
only describes this specific issue. This way the R&D team finds all
related info in the same place.

steps to reproduce:

Choose German/Deutsch as language on installation and configuration of OpenERP with
german i18n translation or better slide through the attached .zip with alle screenshots and
highlighted translation gaps.
