Sorry Kyle, I'm not getting it, we do multiple shop import for all our projects.
yes you have different sequences and every Magneto order increment_id is mapped in the sale order name. Potentially, you even select a different sale journal per OpenERP sale shop or even have them belonging to different companies.
What exactly doesn't work?

  V6 Multiple shop order imports

Status in Magento Open ERP Connector:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  In the description of the connector, it claims to support multiple shops and it does, however in V6 it uses sale_order_mapping. Another store will have a different order sequence so it is not possible to import orders from two different sites.

For instance, we have two shop beer supplies and hydroponics.

Beer orders are like this 1100157
and hydro 111000994

Sale mapping only works for a given shop not multiple shops.
