  Wrong label for interview request state

Status in OpenObject Addons Modules:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  Install module hr_evaluation (with demo data).

* Create a new evaluation and start it
* Interview requests are created but with state "Wating Answer"

=> correct it to "Waiting Answer"
