  Unclear warning on cancel opening entries

Bug description:
  Accounting/Periodical Processing/End of Period/Cancel Opening Entries

Shows a warning upon failure on specific critera, but ends up with an unclear warning
' No journal for ending writing has been defined for the fiscal year'.

A better functional message would do.
