1) I am sorry to say, I forgot about that feature (the web client was
also pointing to the wrong place )

2) nevertheless to reproduce
new db, skipp wizards, install module account only , skip wizard , give accounting groups  to admin , and open 
FInance / Journal Entries / Journal Items
the sequence of the fields can't be found in the views definition
debit and credit are ALWAYS defined to be next to each other but not so in the list view shown

Bug description:
  the sequence of the fields does not correspond to the seuqence defined in xml

seems a server problem as it is the same for GTK and WEB
