I try, your solution (put in active) but it doesn't change the
situation.
In fact, i think the problem is a little bit more complicate.
We create a BoM like this
A ( stockable product - make to order - produce)
|->2*B ( stockable product - make to stock - produce)
|->3*C ( stockable product - make to order - buy)
|->2*D ( stockable product - make to stock - buy)
|->10*E ( stockable product - make to order - buy)
We add the minimum stock rules and the supplier when it was necessary.
The product with this configuration: stockable product - make to order
- buy or produce are in exception (a Temporary Exception) but this
exception never disappear.

The addons mrp_JIT doens't make a JIT.
We have to click on "Compute schedulers" to create all the PO and MO than we need.
