@Jas Yes i see your video, if you see when you click on Save & New
adding product the lines in order was not update (second 10 in your
video), that is the bug, i agree with you when you click on cancel lines
appears but adding products it does not happen.

Bug description:
  Add product in Point of Sale is not updating the lines in Point of Sale, i check the code the M2O object (pos.order) is as active_id but is not working.
