[Bug 697840] Re: possible rc2 bug - browser compatibility, need to confirm by updating one more time

 

Thanks Xavier, I created a new profile in firefox on the same PC and all
seems to be working even after re-enabling the extensions, so probably
something got messed up in firefox badly. Either way - hope this helps
to those who encounter the same issue.

Good luck with fixing the other bugs for the v6, I will report if I find
anything else.

Bug description:
  I upgraded from RC1 to RC2 webclient on the 1st and since then I observed the following:

firefox 3.6.13 on windows
1 - The submenu's do not expand anymore (rc1 was fine) i.e. - clicking on Accounting>Customers will move the other submenu's by 1mm down and thats all. (this works fine in chrome)
2 - the print actions for invoices and a few other reports do not work (nothing comes up). in chrome though this does generate a blank pdf and this works fine in the GTK rc2 client.
3 - clicking on customer invoices(and many other views) / form view does nothing (works fine in chrome)
4 - clicking on the edit icon for a record in the customer invoices brings the edit menu view for Reporting. this is the url for you

I will reinstall the webserver over the next few days when I get a bit of time and see if this changes, but if you can confirm at least one of the points above by testing with windows and firefox, then I wont need to do this and it will confirm the bug sooner.
