every form - just click on "Open Resource" on field which is located at the right end 
example "Journal items"
the drop down is only visible if  the right menu bar is visible

BTW
play around a bit - strange things happen - the drop down "floats" = is not relocated if the right menu batr is opened/closed

  all field level  drop down menus (RMB in GTK) are cut off for the right most fields
