Ubuntu Server 11 LTS? Don't you mean 10.4? As far as I know the LTS releases so far are 6.06, 8.04 and 10.04, there is no LTS in the 11.x series (in fact, there is no 11.x series release yet)

Cannot create a  phone call because of the date format (invalid).
