Hello,
Can you please provide your BOM and routing configuration, it seems working fine at our end,
Make sure you are providing production lot in "Products to Finish", is this error comes when you are going to consume and produce the product?

Title:
  mrp : Validation Error while making MO, routing with external production location .

Status in OpenObject Addons Modules:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When I make a manufacturing order for a product, with its bom defined.

ValidateError:
Error occurred while validating the field(s) prodlot_id: You must assign a production lot for this product

I get this error each time, even if i assign production lot number !
This happens when i have the Lots ( inside product) checkbox marked true.
And when I use the routing through external location!
