  cannot create a project as project / manager

Status in OpenObject Web Client:

Bug description:
  trunk, web

I can't create a project as project manager. The error is "correct red field". 

Create a user with these groups 
- Prject / Manager
- Project / User
- Employee
- Project / Manager

As this user, create a new project and save it -> error : correct red field (I gtk client the project manager can create the project)
