No, it doesn't happend with GTK client.

Now I have problems with the web client (openerp-web-6.0.0-rc2) as
describe in another bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/openobject-client-
web/+bug/693298), thus cannot verify if this error is specific to
Medical modules, but I think it's likely that the way to handle Unicode
in web client having some issues around this area.

Bug description:
  I'm testing Medical with openerp-web and found there is inconsistency in displaying text (see attached image).

I don't think this is a Medical modules issues but rather an issue in openerp-web module
