Hello David Rinnan,

I have checked this on Chrome and Fire-fox with the updated code but
unfortunately I was unable to meet the error. Here I attched the test
videos which I tested with chrome and Fire-fox.

I would like to request to please use RC2.
Moreover, We have seen a support case from you as well(courtesy:Mobilla systems).We connected to your DB, but we fear its due to some modifications at your end,could it be name_search method,name_get method has got violated.

Title:
  selected data not visible

Status in OpenObject Web Client:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  In most places where I have tried to, during edit mode, add data in a field the data will be blank until saved and reloaded. 

Any form where you in edit mode can click a magnifying glass seems to be affected by the bug. 
1. Edit a form that contain select fields with magnifying glass 
2. click the glass and a popup window will activate 
3. Select an item in the list in the popup window
4. the popup window closes and the field is left blank 
5. reloading the page results in the data being visible 

It is imperative that something as basic as this works since normal users wont understand why the selected data is not appearing.

OpenERP 6.0 RC2 
Safari webbrowser but same problem on other browsers as well.
