  OpenOfficeReportDesigner Group to Remove in Trunk

Status in OpenObject Addons Modules:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  In the module base_report_designer, remove the group
  "OpenOfficeReportDesigner". We should not require this group to exist.
  Change also the plugin so that it does not check if the group exists
  or not.
