Aline, I can't reproduce this on latest trunk with either web or GTK, I
can perfectly well create projects with a new user that only has the
group you listed. Is there anything else specific to your testcase?

  cannot create a project as project / manager

Bug description:
  trunk, web

  I can't create a project as project manager. The error is "correct red
  field".

  Create a user with these groups 
  - Prject / Manager
  - Project / User
  - Employee
  - Project / Manager

  As this user, create a new project and save it -> error : correct red
  field (I gtk client the project manager can create the project)
