Title:
  [trunk] CashBox Opening Balance have crazy behaviour when CashBox have
  'open' state

Status in OpenObject Web Client:

Bug description:
  Revno. 4321

  On account/account_view.xml:2593,
  attrs="{'readonly':[('state','!=','draft')]} for the
  'starting_details_id' field (Opening Balance) in the CashBox tab (in a
  CashBox Registers).

  The case happens half time. This is a curious behaviour.
