Currently, it's only used with the GTK client.

  new tab if field Home Action is set in the user form

Status in OpenObject Web Client:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Creating a user with an action set in the field Home Action, then when
  this user logs in, OpenERP start in a new tab.
