Thanks for your reply. However I have already chosen the timezone as Asia, while the time would always set as default start time ( that mean the order created 2days ago or today would always the same default time )

Bug description:
  When I create a new orders, all the default time field set as system date time, while not the current time.
  Please kindly have a check on it.
