  [6.0 RC2] date start and date end in french account configuration

Status in OpenObject GTK Client:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When I install account, at configuration, if I choice date start "may
  1st 2010" and date stop "april 30th 2011", on validation, valid date
  start to 05/01/2010 and date stop to 04/01/2011
