Hello Regina,

Our R&D Teams are focused on the latest OpenERP version, and this issue does not affect it. And our OpenERP system always takes a system date time ,so we can not change it.
So i am closing this bug.

  Time fields set as system date time

Status in OpenObject Addons Modules:

Bug description:
  When I create a new orders, all the default time field set as system date time, while not the current time.
  Please kindly have a check on it.
